We do not guarantee arrival dates for International packages due to many factors out of our control including but not limited to weather/natural disaster, delays in custom clearance, and/or delays on the courier's end.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-7 business days. Some customized items or made to order items may need extra production time.

You can cancel an order within 8 hours of placing the order by sending us an email. Once your order starts to process, we cannot cancel it.

For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 48-hour of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We will provide you
with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
